If you’ve read my post about no expectation training then you know how I feel about using weight loss as a motivation for training. So, does that mean you shouldn’t train? Hello no! Remember that our goal is to always do what makes our light shine brighter, and I truly believe that sweat is part of the secret sauce of having a radiant shining inner light.
